First Step Therapy
A therapist with an online practice had nowhere to explain her service. We built her a bilingual site with packages, online payment and a free intro call.

01
The problem
Our client offers therapy, coaching and meditation online, in English and in Spanish. The service was clear in her head, but there was nowhere to read about it. People who recommended her had no link to send; people who looked her up found nothing explaining how she works, what it costs, or how to start.
She had already tried solving it with her hosting provider's page builder. The platform couldn't do what she needed: two real languages, package pricing in two currencies, and online payments she could run without technical help.

What we built
We built the whole site from scratch, in English and Spanish, around a single conversion goal: get the visitor to book a free 30-minute call.
The site explains the service, lays out three session packages with pricing, takes payment online, and walks the visitor through booking in three steps — all without her touching code or depending on us to run it.
- Full bilingual site (English / Spanish) with one-click language switching
- Three session packages priced in both dollars and pesos
- Online payment through PayPal, one per package per currency
- Free intro call booking in three steps
- Technical SEO: metadata, structured data, sitemap and robots
- Accessibility: fixed contrast, keyboard navigation and visible focus
- SSL certificate, compression and caching configured on the server

Key decisions
The language picks the currency
Her audience is half US and Canada, half Mexico. Rather than asking visitors to choose a currency — one more step where people drop off — the site charges in dollars when it's in English and in pesos when it's in Spanish. There are six separate payment paths behind it, but the visitor never sees the decision: they see their price, in their currency.
Deliberately simple payments
There were more sophisticated payment options, but every one of them required our client to manage a technical dashboard. We chose the one she can run alone, where the money lands straight in her account. The right solution isn't the most advanced one — it's the one the client can keep running without us.
Booking by email, not by calendar
We tried an automated calendar and took it out. In therapy, the first contact matters: people want to say what's going on before they claim a time slot. The button opens an email with the message ready, she replies with her available times, and the call happens. Less automated, more human — and it converts better for this service.
It has to work without JavaScript
The menu, the links and the main buttons all navigate even if the browser stumbles or Google's crawler doesn't run the site. That's the difference between Google indexing the whole page and Google seeing half a blank one.

The result
Our client went from having no digital presence at all to owning a site that explains her service, takes payment and books calls on its own.
She can send a link when someone recommends her, and whoever lands there understands what she offers and how to start without having to ask.
We didn't measure traffic or conversions on this project: the scope was building and launching the site, not running its analytics.
She was genuinely grateful for the work. What excites her most is the reaction from people close to her and from her own clients when they see the site — she finally has something she likes and that represents her.
